About the Authors

Jerre G. Lewis and Leslie D. Renn are both experienced professionals concerning small business management and entrepreneurship. For more than twenty years Mr. Lewis has been involved with business education on the college level and the development of a series of small business seminars. He is a  Certified Education Specialist for the U.S. Small Business Administration Volunteer Counseling Program. Mr. Renn is a business owner, entrepreneur, a small business consultant, and, like Mr. Lewis, is involved with college level management instruction and business seminars. He also has extensive experience in large industry administration. Both Mr. Lewis and Mr. Renn received bachelors and masters degrees from Michigan universities, and both work and live in Northern Michigan.
